  • You will receive your final draft based on the shoot date and package.

  • You can use our booking system in order to book your appointment. Once your contract is signed and deposit confirmed, email will be the preferred modes of communication. A consultation is required prior to confirming a booking to ensure that your needs are met.

  • Of course! We have serviced clients in our greater Los Angeles community and as far as Asia. Travel packages are created on a case by case circumstance so pricing will vary as a result.

  • Mav3rick Studios Worldwide owns the copyright to all content that is captured. The rights to all of the content (raw and final) can be transferred for a one-time fee. Once the transfer is finished, the client may use the footage in any way they see fit.

  • We offer directing, scriptwriting, video production, post-production editing, and photography.

  • Yes. Rush fees vary based on the scope and scale of each client’s project.

  • If you are more than 30 minutes late to your session without notice, you will be charged a late fee of $45.

Terms of Service

Payment & Delivery

No content will be delivered until the package has been paid in full—no exceptions. A deposit of 50% of the total session is required before the session. If files are lost or improperly saved due to an error on the part of Dwight James III & Co., the client will receive a partial refund and the agreed-upon package at an alternative convenient date. Final products are released only once payment is complete.

Punctuality

Please arrive on time for your appointment. A 30-minute grace period is provided. If you arrive late without notice, a $45 late fee will be added to the total invoice. Timely communication is crucial. Any additional services must be fully paid along with the package fee to ensure prompt delivery.

Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances

While we don’t control the weather or unexpected events, clients may reschedule or cancel if natural disasters or other serious circumstances prevent the session. Dwight James III & Co. will honor the appointment as soon as rescheduling is feasible to provide the quality work you expect.

Copyright & Usage Rights

All work produced remains the property of Dwight James III and Mav3rick Studios Worldwide, protected by U.S. Copyright Laws (U.S. Code Title 17). Clients are prohibited from selling or misrepresenting the work. Social media posts featuring our work are encouraged to include tags—though not required, they are appreciated.

Model Release

This agreement grants Dwight James III irrevocable rights to use the content in all media for advertising, promotion, exhibition, or any lawful purpose. Dwight James III may license the content to third parties, retaining all associated credit and compensation rights.

Travel Requirements

For sessions outside of Los Angeles, CA, clients must cover full travel costs, including airfare, accommodation, and any necessary expenses.
